Jackson Hole Medical Clinic has changed it's name and has moved to a new location in the Smith’s Plaza at the corner of High School Road and Highway 89, in Jackson, Wyoming.

Our new name, Urgent Care of Jackson Hole, better describes our services. Urgent Care of Jackson Hole is a low-cost alternative to an emergency room visit for treatment of non-life threatening injuries and illnesses. We also provide asthma and allergy treatment, vaccinations, physicals, wellness care and family medicine. Call us at 739-8999 or drop in any time.
